Feel the burn! Three exercises to give you buns of steel and awesome arms

Here are some great exercise tips to help you get the best body you have ever had!

Now, I am sure when you hit the gym, you have seen the people who wander around, take a selfie, then do a few push ups.

Then they spend a little bit more time navel gazing before doing another set.

The people who spend about an hour and a half in the gym and don’t achieve anything!

What’s the point? In my opinion, it’s far better to get in, get it done and then really maximize your exercise time.

 

So if you are one of those people who like me, wants to get the most out of the smallest amount of time in the gym, these exercise tips are for you.

Target  your bum, your arms and trim up your waist with these three moves – the areas women most want to improve.

I got the lovely Mark Hewlett who runs F45 Training in Venice and Pacific Palisades to help me out with these exercise tips.

Those of you who watch the video will notice he keeps calling me Chloe – I can forgive him though as he’s totally awesome at what he does!

How to maximize your exercise time

You will need to do these in a gym – unless you happen to have a sledge hammer lying around at home.

I won’t question why you might!

Adapt the exercises to suit your strength and ability.

Never be afraid to do weights.

As a woman you won’t bulk up, you’ll just get toned and terrific!

Also, don’t let those muscle mary’s put you off in the weights area.

You’ve got just as much right to be there as them!

Aim to do three rounds of each with 15 – 20 reps, or try and go for 40 seconds with a 20 second break.

The killer Kettlebell Squats will have your bum looking badass in no time.

Get some awesome arms and check out the Complex Barbell move clip.

Swinging that Sledge Hammer will diffuse any angst as well as trimming up your tummy and waist.
